Sukoon Villa is a warm, cosy retreat, thoughtfully designed and equipped for a comfortable stay. Three spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms open to a deck and terrace with views of the dam and the green landscape around it.
Nestled between the Mulshi dam on one side and the Sahyadri hills on the other, Sukoon Villa offers the perfect setting for a quiet staycation with family and friends. And if you are lucky, you may hear the Malabar Whistling Thrush — the “Whistling Schoolboy.”
Tariff & Capacity
Please note: The tariff is for the entire villa on a per-day basis. It covers a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Children above 8 years are considered adults and charged accordingly. Please share the exact guest count at the time of booking.
Policies
- —Check-in: 12:00 noon | Check-out: 11:00 AM. About an hour's adjustment may be possible, subject to availability.
- —Full payment for the stay, meal plan and add-ons is collected in advance. The booking is confirmed once 100% payment is received.
- —Changes or cancellations must be communicated 48 hours before the booking date.
- —Within 24 hours of scheduled check-in, no cancellation is permitted. Date changes and modifications are also not permitted, and the amount paid becomes non-refundable.
- —A ₹5,000 refundable deposit is collected and returned after the check-out inspection.

Food is charged separately from the villa tariff at ₹1,200 per person per day.

Please note: If you would like to eat later than the standard serving time, the freshly prepared meal can be laid out at the scheduled time. However, the used dishes can be cleared subsequently, or in case of a late dinner, they may be cleared the following morning.
Dietary requirements and special meal requests may be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
It is not always possible to accommodate last-minute additions or substitutions or to rework food remaining from an earlier meal into a different dish.
Maggi and eggs can be prepared on request, subject to availability, and will be charged for separately.

Important Information
Since Sukoon Villa is located in an area where mobile network coverage may be limited or unavailable, Wi-Fi is available at the villa for essential communication and immediate requirements. The villa also has 100% power backup.
- —Indoor and outdoor furniture should remain in the designated areas and should not be shifted from indoors to outdoors or vice versa.
- —Bedsheets, cushions, upholstery, curtains, towels, and other linen should be kept free from avoidable stains or damage. No item belonging to Sukoon Villa should be removed from the property.
- —Children should be supervised to ensure that there is no writing, drawing, coloring, or marking on walls, furniture, linen, or other surfaces.
- —The caretaker is available to assist with matters within the villa and its premises. He cannot be asked to leave the grounds for personal errands.
- —Guests are requested to extend courtesy to the caretaker and other staff members and respect their working hours.
- —An early check-in or late check-out up till an hour can be accommodated based on prior request to the management.
